2. Data collected
- At signup: name, email, avatar (via Facebook/LinkedIn OAuth), bcrypt-hashed password.
- OAuth tokens: Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Threads), LinkedIn, PayPal. Used only to publish on your behalf and analyze your activity.
- Published content: captions, visuals, hashtags generated.
- Metrics: followers, engagement, reach, likes — read via API.
- Billing: PayPal history (transaction ID, amounts). No card number stored.
- Technical: IP, user-agent, 7-day logs.

No data sold or shared for third-party marketing purposes.

1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of Social Master, operated by Mogacode SARL-AU, an AI-powered multi-network automatic social media publishing service.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, you expressly accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Otherwise, please do not use the service.
3. Registration
Free registration. One account per person. Authentication via OAuth (Facebook/LinkedIn). Accurate and up-to-date information required.
4. Pricing models
4.1 Credits (pay-as-you-go)
Default model. 20 free credits at signup. Purchase via PayPal. Credits are non-refundable. Each publication consumes credits based on content type.
4.2 Monthly unlimited subscriptions
Pro (€79/mo), Agency Starter (€149/mo), Agency Pro (€349/mo), Agency Enterprise (€799/mo). Recurring PayPal billing. 1-click cancellation anytime, access maintained until end of billed period.
4.3 Fair use (unlimited subscriptions)
"Unlimited" is subject to a fair use policy. Each plan has a daily threshold calibrated for normal professional use. Beyond that, the service may limit throughput or require an upgrade.
4.4 Withdrawal
For consumers (non-professionals), 14-day withdrawal period UNLESS explicit consent to immediate execution (checkbox at signup). In that case, waiver of withdrawal right for the portion already performed.
5. Price and payment
Prices in euros (€) including tax. PayPal payment. Automatic invoice in your account. Recurring payment failure: 7-day grace period before fallback to credits.
6. User obligations
Any violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

- Own the connected social accounts or have explicit authorization
7. Intellectual property
Content you generate belongs to you. Mogacode retains a non-exclusive license to host and process this content within the service. The platform (code, design, marks) remains the exclusive property of Mogacode.
8. Availability and SLA
Best-effort availability. Agency Pro and Enterprise plans include a contractual SLA. Scheduled maintenance notified in advance.
9. Liability
Except for gross negligence, Mogacode's liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months. Not responsible for decisions of third-party platforms (bans, suspensions), unavailability of third-party APIs, or indirect damages.
10. Termination
Account deletion anytime from your space or by written request. Mogacode may terminate for serious breach, fraud or non-payment. In case of fault, credits and subscription are not refunded.

12. Referral program
Each user receives a unique link. On a referred user's first purchase, 15 credits credited to referrer and 15 to referred. Fraud (multi-account, fake emails) voids bonuses and may result in suspension.
13. Applicable law
Moroccan law. Amicable resolution first. Otherwise, Casablanca courts for professionals; consumer's domicile court pursuant to protective rules.
14. Changes
Any substantial change notified via WhatsApp at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
